We have adored the designs of Cristina Gitti for many a-season. Gitti specialises in handmade craft and design, taking inspiration from her global discoveries and travel in India and beyond.

The Yamini dress has been a core Matta style for many summers now embodying a re-envisioned interpretation of classic Indian textiles. The silhouette is a modified, wearable version of a traditional folk shape. It exudes a vintage vibe with a current, relevant edge. This totally sums up the ethos of Matta, designs that combine old-age techniques such as Indian block print with spirited colours and updates.
