The Exclusively Cross project takes forgotten pieces whether they are preloved, damaged or deadstock; and reinvigorates them, celebrating sustainability and giving clothes a new chapter. We have collaborated with fashion graduate Lolita Gosling an exciting new phase of the project.

Sourced from Portobello Market, we have handpicked vintage beaded panels, sequinned motifs, and antique pieces of lace. The vintage treasures we collected, particularly the jet beads, dated back to Victorian era. With meticulous care, Lolita has hand-stitched these panels, and together we have created an edit of stunning, embellished knits. The most ornate jet beads and sparkling sequin motifs adorn a forgotten piece, breathing new life into it and making it a one-of-a-kind piece. 

Lolita graduated with first class honours in fashion from Arts University Bournemouth. She specialised in womenswear and pattern cutting. With a passion for handcraft, crochet and embroidery, Lolita has been teaching herself these skills long before her degree. We knew she would be perfect for the project.

This emerald floral motif works perfectly on Jumper 1234's signature shrunken cardigan. A preloved piece that had a snag in it, this cardigan has been restored and repaired and beautifully updated.
